A Promise is a Promise! 

I also promised my friends in FB that I will share them a picture of me doing that! And I am not going away anywhere but here to fulfill that... So below are two images I captured using a camera phone and a little bit of instagram like postprocessing using PicYou.

Purple "S"

Shirt size? Small or S
Fit? Definitely!
I used to only wear M or L size shirts.

Extra Small

Shirt size? Extra Small or XS
Fit? Yes!
My problem back then was a huge tummy or as "beer belly". My close friends know how big my tummy was.

How?

Some of you maybe wondering how did I do that? Well that is one of the purpose of this blog. To educate about healthy lifestyle and empower you to achieve your dream body, as I have achieved mine! =)
